I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in had some wear and tear, which could definitely use some attention. I also faced issues with room service, as I was never able to get through to order breakfast. On the plus side, the staff at the front desk were really warm and welcoming, which made a nice difference during my stay.
